Self-proclaimed richest Kenyan socialite Vera Sidika has gotten Kenyans talking after pulling a not so motherly move.
Vera Sidika, who recently announced to fans she had given birth to her second child in March 2023 left fans dumbfounded after revealing she had gone back to taking alcohol.
Through her Insta-stories update seen by YEIYO.com, the mother of two posted a video of herself opening a bottle of champagne at a party and expressed how relieved she is that she can now indulge in alcohol.
The socialite event went ahead to throw out a request to her friends to take her out for a drinking spree this coming weekend.
“Thank God I can finally drink alcohol. You all better take me out this weekend for real.” Vera Sidika captioned her video.
Sidika’s revelation shocked hundreds of her fans who wondered why she was drinking yet she is still breastfeeding.
Quite a number insisted that she should not have become a mother if she was not ready to behave like one.
Others, however, defended her, holding that she can drink alcohol as long as she is not breastfeeding her newborn son.
It should be noted Vera Sidika and her man Brown Mauzo welcomed a bouncing baby boy in March 2023 but kept news of the delivery under wraps until May 2023 when they announced to the public.
Just two months after Vera Sidika’s delivery and she seems way ready to hit the streets and do what she does best.
