But first, to his latest win; the revered real estate expert could not contain his joy as he took to social media to disclose to his fans about his new financial partner on the upcoming MyStripMall project, set to launch soon in Uganda.
Mwenda Thuranira recently confirmed to his followers that he had sealed a partnership deal with one of Uganda’s biggest banks, DTB Uganda.
Sharing more details about the partnership, Mwenda Thuranira, noted that deal will see DTB Uganda act as MySpace Properties’ financier even as the real estate company commences the construction of several strip malls in Kampala, Uganda.
MySpace Properties CEO Mwenda Thuranira broke the inspiring news with his supporters barely hours after having a successful business meeting with the DTB Uganda Chief Executive Officer, Varghese Thambi.
Mwenda Thuranira, through his caption stated that MySpace Properties partnered with a Ugandan local bank to enhance its service delivery.
“Dream big, and work very hard. Whenever you intend to invest in a foreign country, it is of prime importance that you work with the locals.Earlier today, our delegation had a successful meeting with the DTB Uganda Chief Executive Officer, Varghese Thambi. We have agreed that they shall be our financial partners in the upcoming projects in Kampala,” Mwenda Thuranira announced.
News about the deal between MySpace Properties and DTB Uganda’s partnership came barely a day after Mwenda Thuranira sealed his first ever major deal while in Uganda.
It was earlier reported that the real estate guru who was in Uganda for a two-day business trip, disclosed that his My Strip Malls concept will soon be launched in Uganda courtesy of his real estate company, MySpace Properties.
Mwenda had revealed that he had a very successful meeting with the NRM National Vice Chairman in Uganda, Mike Mukula, and together, they agreed on joint real estate ventures in the country.
Mwenda reiterated that his real estate company MySpace Properties will soon be developing a number of strip malls, such as the Mytown Mall Karen, in Uganda’s capital, Kampala.
The revered businessman added that the partnership will see his company expand to other cities across Uganda in due time.
According to Mwenda Thuranira, they reached the agreement all in a bid to create jobs and other opportunities for the youth in Uganda.
