Kenyan musicians Brown Mauzo and socialite Vera Sidika are no longer an item, YEIYO.com has learnt.
The celebrity couple have parted ways in an unexpected turn of events that has left throngs of their fans with more questions than answers.
News about Brown Mauzo and Vera Sidika’s sudden breakup was first made public by the former in a long Instagram post seen by this writer.
Through his social media update, Brown Mauzo disclosed that their split was amicable and the two had arrived at the current situation after much consideration from parties.
“Dear friends and supporters, I wanted to take a moment to share some personal news. After much consideration, Vera Sidika and I have decided to part ways,” Brown Mauzo wrote.
According to Mauzo, their relationship has been perfect only that they think it is best for both parties and their two children for them to part ways.
Mauzo did not point out the main reason behind their split but confirmed their journey had been one filled with unforgettable moments and memories.
“Our journey together has been filled with unforgettable moments, but we have reached a point where it’s best for both of us and our babies, Asia Brown and Ice Brown, to move forward separately,” Mauzo added
He went on to note that their engagement will solely be because of their children.
According to Brown Mauzo, their breakup will play a great role in giving both parties time to heal and face life and their future with open hearts.
“Though our paths may diverge, we will always cherish the memories we’ve created together. We both remain grateful for the lessons learned and the growth we’ve experienced. Our focus is now healing and embracing the future with open hearts,” Mauzo added.
Brown Mauzo and Vera Sidika’s breakup came quite as a surprise to thousands of their fans and followers who never saw it coming.
The couple has in the recent past been serving the world with couple goal, making many to believe all was well in their union.
Others, however, were not surprised by the breakup since there had been speculation of a storm over their paradise.
Unconfirmed reports had earlier indicated that the two had parted ways but neither party had confirmed the same.
This comes barely hours after Vera Sidika broke the internet with news of her daughter Asia Brown’s brand new KSh 500k babycot.
The socialite had earlier taken to social media to brag about how she imported the expensive babycot from the UK, specifically for her princess.
While some people congratulated her for being a loving and caring mum, others dragged her online as they called her out for being a perennial clout chaser.
