Revered Coast artiste Susumila has finally cleared the air about the source of his income.
The Ngagari hitmaker has disclosed that he has many business ventures aside from music which make him a lot of money.
Speaking during a phone interview with Billy Miya and Mbaruk Mwalimu on their show Maskani 47, the superstar stated that he does not have to release new music of perform to make money.
According to Susumila, he is a satisfied man making decent income from a number of businesses he is running apart from music.
Susumila insisted that he has also been racking in serious chums from online music streaming Apps.
“I am comfortable, I am okay and I actually don’t have to perform to make money. Apart from the businesses I have been running, I am also making money from Skiza and other streaming platforms.” Susumila said.
The musician was forced to defend himself after claims that his music had dwindled.
A section of social media users even claimed his only work nowadays is to move around with former Mombasa county governor Hassan Joho.
Just recently, Susumila made headlines after he was spotted landing in Tanzania on a private jet.
Quite a number of Kenyans believed the jet was hit but others disclosed the plane, rather the entire flight to Tanzania was sponsored by Hassan Joho who is Susumila’s close friend.
It should be noted Susumila is one of Kenya’s top artistes with massive hit songs renting the airwaves for close to a decade now.
Well, following a public outcry from his fans, Susumila recently announced he will be dropping a new song dubbed Asante soon.
His announcement excited thousands of his fans who had missed his vibes.
