Legit music lovers across the country and the world a whole have been given every reason to end the Year 2023 in style thanks to Coast-based radio station Kaya FM’s unique move to take them down the memory lane.
YEIYO.com has learnt Kaya FM, in conjunction with Kaya Records will be staging a mother of all end of year concerts on Saturday, December 2, which will see the performances of countless legendary artistes from the Coastal region of Mombasa.
The concert dubbed Zama Zao, which will be held at the Talentos Beach Resort in Likoni, Coast on the aforementioned date has been attracting a sizeable traction owing to the long list of Coast music heavy hitters set to hit the stage to prove and confirm to the world that they still got it.
Information reaching YEIYO.com intimate that the Zama Zao Festival will have nearly all the legendary Coast artistes hit the stage to entertain their fans, all in a bid to prove that the region still has the best musicians that Kenya has ever produced.
The Zama Zao Festival is said to be an initiative led by Robby Dallaz, Kaya FM, Kaya Records and a host of other industry players in Coast.
According to all the organisers, sponsors and artistes involved, the Zama Zao Festival is aimed at appreciating massive talents that rocked and caused ripples in the airwaves in the past decade or so.

The best bit about the Zama Zao Festival is the fact that there will be
be no VIP or VVIP section as the organisers thought it wise to keep the entrance fee at KSh 200 only.
The event will only have the regulars section, which according to experts was a good move to ensure the venue is filled to capacity.
