Africa’s largest aviation group, Ethiopian Airlines has given its Kenyan customers every reason to celebrate after officially launching new products and services in the country.
Yeiyo.com has learnt that Ethiopian Airlines on Thursday, April 27, conducted a Travel Agencies’ seminar, through which it also introduced new services and products to its Kenyan and East African customers.
The event, held at the City Blue Hotel in Mombasa so the attendance and participation of various travel agencies from Kenya and neighboring countries such as Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.
The airlines officials not only shed some light about its operations but also imparted knowledge to all the attendees.
The event saw the attendance of top Ethiopian Airlines crew and bosses such as the airline’s Traffic and Sales Manager Mrs. Addis Kassa.
Mrs. Kassa used the opportunity to formally introduce the newly appointed Area Manager for Kenya, Mrs. Seble W. Azene.
The airline assured there agents and customers that they will enjoy the best and quality services even as the company tries to takeover the world as the best airline.
It should be noted that Ethiopian Airlines had earlier been named the winner of four awards at the SKYTRAX 2022 World Airline Awards.
The awards gala which took place at a ceremony held in London on September 23, 2022, saw the airline shine by clinching a considerable amount of awards.
Ethiopian Airlines won in most categories such as Best Airline in Africa 2022 for 5th consecutive times, Best Business Class Airline in Africa 2022 for 4th consecutive years, Best Economy Class Airline in Africa 2022 for 4th consecutive times and Best Business Class Onboard Catering in Africa.
The 2022 feat moved the airline to an incredible 11 ranks up.Ethiopian Airlines was also placed 26th in the World’s Top 100 Airlines for 2022 as voted by airline customers around the world.
