Loaded city advocate Donald B. Kipkorir has appreciated the tireless efforts made by MySpace Properties CEO Mwenda Thuranira in transforming the real estate industry in the country.

Donald Kipkorir on Thursday, May 5, had a sit down with the founder of the MyTown concept as they shared a meal and discussed the many ways to help Kenyans and foreigners enjoy stunning spaces to live in and work from.

The meeting between Donald Kipkorir and Mwenda Thuranira was a fruitful one that saw the former take to social media to give the latter a pat on the back for his resilience in elevating Kenya’s real estate.

Judging by Donald Kipkorir’s post on Twitter, it is cleat he was impressed by the MySpace Properties CEO and his many real estate projects that have been giving Kenya a new lease of life.

Taking to his Twitter account, Donald Kipkorir posted a number of photos of himself spending time with Mwenda Thuranira while sharing a meal and thanked God for expanding his circle of friends.

Donald Kipkorir described Mwenda Thuranira as a visionary real estate guru from Isiolo who is championing a well planned urban development move in Kenya.

“Today, I broke bread with @mwendathuranira , the biggest realtor from Isiolo … Always my pleasure expanding my circle of friends to those who share a vision of a well planned urban development in Kenya & a Kenya beautiful for locals & foreigners.” Donald Kipkorir tweeted.

The latest development came hot on the heels of Mwenda Thuranira’s online triumph as members of the Kenyan business community acknowledged him for his MyTown concept.

The MySpace Properties CEO, Mwenda Thuranira made national headlines as the Kenyan business community appreciated and celebrated him for being the first ever Kenyan real estate expert to popularise the Strip Malls concept in Kenya, with the leading soon-to-be-completed, My Town Karen Mall nearing its completion.

Many Kenyans on social media praised the business mogul and his company MySpace Properties, for giving Kenyans and businesses a rare chance to enjoy the new MyTown concept.
