Husky-voiced radio personality Chito Ndlovu has ditches Kiss 100 after years of working at the Radio Africa Group’s station.
Chito Ndlovu announced his exit from the Waiyaki-way based radio station on Tuesday, May 16, through his social media pages.
Prior to his social media post, Chito had informed his fans he was sitting in for his last show at the station on the earlier mentioned date.
Kiss 100 staff gave him a befitting farewell by surprising him with a cake moments before the end of his evening drive show at the station.
An emotional Chito shared a video of the whole mini farewell party via his social media pages as he thanked his bosses, colleagues and fans for holding it down with him for the six years he has been on air at the station.
The radio host jotted down a lengthy caption for the video post but did not disclose his next move.
Chito Ndlovu, however, promised fans that he will still be on air and that they should keep following him to know his new home.
Following the announcement of Chito’s exit from Kiss 100, his fans and other Kenyans thronged the comments section of his post to wish him well on his future endeavors.
Chito has left Kiss 100 barely a month after yet another presenter, Oga Obinna called it quits.
According to Obinna, he had to leave the station after his contract expired.
Oga Obinna revealed that he was willing to renew the contract but RAG did not want to engage with him further over salary increment and other benefits.
